Minerva are proud to work with numerous property developments, especially when restoring a vital piece of history such as Rembrandt House. Rembrandt House finds itself in London’s Watford. A re-development of a beautiful Edwardian building, stood largely empty for the best part of two decades, the 3.4 acre site will be transformed into 43 loft-style apartments and the external façade restored to its original glory.
Minerva have therefore brought the modern touch of digital to this historic building with a unique and contemporary logo design, brand identity and now a fantastic interactive and responsive website. Undertaking the creation of the developments brand identity to suit the environment the property sits in, we were then asked to design and manage their marketing brochure. Carrying through the historic building’s modern brand identity, whilst maintaining the professional finish, we ensured an easy-to-understand brochure was created to help maximise the selling potential of the development.
